Appellant Jacob ONeal seeks review of a trial court judgment finding him in direct criminal contempt. The issue in this case is whether the trial court, in determining that ONeal was in contempt of court, complied with the requirements for a trial judge making such a finding which are set out in Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.830.
